Dr. Tom Harder
Prior to joining Nordwind Capital, Tom acted as CFO of Kleindienst Datentechnik, a portfolio company of Schroeders German Venture Advisors (today Permira). In this capacity, he was responsible for restructuring the company and for its IPO. Before taking on this role, Tom mostly worked on selling of investments of Schroeder German Venture Advisors.
Prior to joining Schroeders, Tom worked at IMM Industrie Management München, one of the leading German private equity companies at the time, where he was responsible for the implementation of two role up concepts in the health care industry.
Tom studied business administration at Hamburg University and ESSEC, Paris. He obtained an M.B.A. from Georgetown University (Washington, DC) and a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Dresden. Tom is an Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach as well as a University of Hamburg (Steffen’s Fund) scholar.
