Dr. Stefan Laucher
Prior to joining Nordwind Capital, Stefan was an associate in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs as well as a financial analyst with Morgan Stanley. In his capacity Stefan was involved in several M&A and capital market transactions, among others the sale of Demag to KKR, the sale of Demag Mobile Cranes to Terex, the re-positioning of Deutsche Telekom’s real estate activities, as well as the issuance of a corporate bond for a German utility group.
Before receiving a Ph.D. from the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt in business administration, Stefan studied business administration at the Handelshochschule Leipzig, the Emory University Atlanta, and the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt. He was awarded with a scholarship of the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes.
